Okay so right now I'm fighting the sicky battle. I'm just trying to decide. You know when you feel sick and you are debating on throwing up. You aren't sooo sick that you don't have a choice, but you are sick enough that you easily could. And you think about how sometimes there is that calm, bliss right afterwards where your stomach is at ease again. And wonder should I just throw up and be done with it?
Anyways, I'm still fighting the urge, but sometimes I wonder if it is worth it. I know I don't want to start down that path until I have to, but ugh I hate being nauseous!

I found that if I broke the cycle before the vomiting got out of control, the better I felt...sooner. It always worked best for me to be nibbling on something all the time. Drinking water was the hardest for some reason. I've heard iced herbal teas sometimes works better. The wave of relief that you feel right after you vomit goes away and then you feel sick again. The trick for me was always stop the vomiting before it happened or then I couldn't stop it for weeks.
I am sorry, it must be so miserable, wish I had some advice, but i have not yet gone through that! best of luck!
